FinnWorks Design
FinnWorks Design is a web design studio in Oulu, Finland, run by FinnWorks Oy (Business ID 3162634-8).
We build websites and online stores for small and medium-sized businesses. Our clients include a construction company, an industrial engineering firm, a building contractor in Lapland and an event equipment rental business – from Oulu to Sodankylä.
Every project starts from the same goal: visitors should understand right away what you do and easily find a way to get in touch.
You work directly with the person who builds your site – no middlemen.
A project can be a one-page business card or a large company site with an online store. Scope and price are agreed to fit your needs.

Questions about websites
How much does a business website cost?
A single-page site starts at €399, a 2–3 page starter site at €599, a 4–6 page business site at €999 and a larger site at €1,599. Online stores start at €2,199. Prices exclude VAT, and the final price is agreed in the quote before work begins.
What does the free demo include?
The demo includes a design for your homepage, a proposed site structure and draft copy about your services. It is free and you are under no obligation to order anything.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the number of pages and how quickly copy and images are available. A timeline estimate is included with the quote. Enquiries are usually answered the same day.
Do I need to have copy and images ready?
No. It is enough to tell us what you do and who you do it for. The demo includes draft copy that we refine together.
Will my website show up on Google?
From the starter package up, sites include basic SEO, and the business site includes an SEO-optimised structure and Google indexing. For competitive search terms, ongoing SEO is available from €149/month.
Will the website work on phones?
Yes. All packages are responsive, so pages adapt to phone, tablet and desktop screens.
Do you work with businesses outside Oulu?
Yes. We are based in Oulu, but projects run remotely – our references include Oikia Aikio Oy from Sodankylä.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. Online stores from €2,199 include the store structure, setup of 5–10 products, payment methods such as Stripe or Paytrail, shipping options and launch. Larger setups are quoted separately.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Maintenance starts at €29/month and covers updates, security and uptime monitoring.
